Business and Entertainment Expenses. Upon submission of appropriate documentation in accordance with its policies in effect from time to time, the Corporation shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business expenses which the Executive incurs in the performance of his duties under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, travel, entertainment, professional dues and subscriptions, and all dues, fees, and expenses associated with membership in various professional, business, and civic associations and societies in which the Executive participates in accordance with the Corporation's policies in effect from time to time.

Business and Entertainment Expenses. During Executive’s employment hereunder, subject to Company’s standard policies and procedures with respect to expense reimbursement as applied to its executive employees generally, Company shall reimburse Executive for, or pay on behalf of Executive, reasonable and appropriate expenses incurred by Executive for business-related purposes, including, but not limited to, dues and fees to industry and professional organizations and costs of entertainment and business development.

Business Expenses. The Bank will pay or reimburse Executive’s reasonable business expenses, including expenses incurred for travel on [[Bank:Organization]] Group business, in accordance with the Bank’s expense reimbursement policies and procedures, as may be adopted or amended from time to time.

Business Expenses. Subject to Section 23, the Company shall reimburse Executive for Executive’s reasonable out-of-pocket business-related expenses actually incurred in the performance of Executive’s duties under this Agreement during the Employment Period so long as Executive timely submits all documentation for such expenses, as required by Company policy in effect from time to time. Any such reimbursement of expenses shall be made by the Company upon or as soon as practicable following receipt of such documentation (but in any event not later than the close of Executive’s taxable year following the taxable year in which the expense is incurred by Executive). In no event shall any reimbursement be made to Executive for any expenses incurred prior to the Effective Date or after the date of Executive’s termination of employment with the Company.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable, customary and necessary business expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in the performance of her duties and responsibilities hereunder, subject to any maximum annual limit and other restrictions on such expenses as set forth in the Company’s expense reimbursement policies as may be in effect from time to time, and to such reasonable substantiation and documentation as may be specified by the Company from time to time. The Executive’s right to payment or reimbursement hereunder shall be subject to the following additional rules: # the amount of expenses eligible for payment or reimbursement during any calendar year shall not affect the expenses eligible for payment or reimbursement in any other calendar year, # payment or reimbursement shall be made not later than December 31 of the calendar year following the calendar year in which the expense or payment was incurred, and # the right to payment or reimbursement is not subject to liquidation or exchange for any other benefit.

Business Expenses. So long as this Agreement is in effect, the Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable, out-of-pocket business expenses incurred in the performance of his duties hereunder consistent with the Company’s policies and procedures, in effect from time to time, with respect to travel, entertainment, communications, technology/equipment and other business expenses customarily reimbursed to senior executives of the Company in connection with the performance of their duties on behalf of the Company.

Business Expenses. During the Term, the Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable travel and other business expenses incurred by Executive in the performance of Executive’s duties to the Company in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement Policy.

Business Expenses. The Employee shall be entitled to receive reimbursement by the Partnership, subject to such requirements with respect to substantiation and documentation as may be reasonably specified by the Partnership, for all reasonable and necessary travel and other business expenses incurred by the Employee in the performance of his duties hereunder. The Employee must adhere to the Partnership’s policies and procedures for travel & entertainment to receive the requested reimbursement.

Business Expenses. Bank shall pay or reimburse Employee upon submission of an itemized account by him for all reasonable business expenses incurred by Employee in promoting, pursuing or otherwise furthering the business of Bank, including, but not limited to expenses for travel, meals, hotel accommodations, entertainment, gifts and the like.
