Operator may charge the Joint Account for all direct costs and expenditures incurred by Operator in the conduct of Joint Operations within the limits of approved Work Programs and Budgets, and as permitted in clause 42(b)(xiii) (emergencies), in clause 411(c) (costs related to resignation or removal of Operator), and in clause 411(d) (inventory and audit of an Operator that has resigned or been removed) of the Agreement

Operator may charge the Joint Account for all other direct costs and expenditures incurred by Operator for Joint Operations in accordance with approved Work Programs and Budgets and this Section 2.
