Promptly upon [[Organization B:Organization]]’s request, such other books, records, statements, lists of property and accounts, budgets, forecasts or reports as to [[Organization A:Organization]] and as to each guarantor of [[Organization A:Organization]]’s obligations to [[Organization B:Organization]] as [[Organization B:Organization]] may request.

Promptly provide to [[Organization B:Organization]] such additional information and documents regarding the finances, properties, business or books and records of [[Organization A:Organization]] or any guarantor or any other obligor as [[Organization B:Organization]] may request.
