Budget contract clause examples

Budget” – means the initial budget for the project, as attached in Schedule “A”;

“Work Program and Budget” means the work program and budget attached hereto as [Exhibit F].

Decommissioning Work Program and Budget means the work program for Decommissioning and a budget therefor.

Once the Parties have agreed on a Work Program and Budget, Operator shall deliver the agreed Work Program and Budget to the Management Committee or the Government, as applicable, for approval in accordance with the terms of the PSC.
