Business Plan and Budget. Within thirty (30) days after the end of each fiscal year of the Borrower, an annual business plan and budget of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a Consolidated basis, including forecasts prepared by management of the Borrower, in form satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders, of Consolidated balance sheets and statements of income or operations and cash flows of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a quarterly basis for the then current fiscal year.

as soon as available, but in any event at least 45 days before the end of each fiscal year of the Domestic Borrower, an annual business plan and budget of the Domestic Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, including forecasts prepared by management of the Domestic Borrower, in form satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders, of consolidated balance sheets and statements of income or operations and cash flows of the Domestic Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a quarterly basis for the immediately following fiscal year.

Annual Business Plan and Budget. Within 60 days after the end of each Fiscal Year, a projected Consolidated income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries on a quarterly basis for the upcoming Fiscal Year.

as soon as available, but in any event no later than 90 days after the end of each fiscal year of the Borrower (commencing with the fiscal year ending December 31, 2018), an annual business plan and budget of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, including forecasts prepared by management of the Borrower, in form reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, of consolidated balance sheets and statements of income or operations and cash flows of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on an annual basis for the immediately following fiscal year (including the fiscal year in which the Maturity Date for the Term B Facility occurs).
