No Brokers. Neither the Buyer Parties, nor any Representative of Buyer Parties on their behalf, has employed any broker, finder or investment banker or incurred any liability for any brokerage fees, commissions, finders’ fees or similar fees in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

No Brokers. No Seller or the Company, nor any of their respective Representatives on their behalf, has employed any broker, finder or investment banker or incurred any liability for any brokerage fees, commissions, finders’ fees or similar fees in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Neither Buyer nor any of its officers, directors, employees or agents has employed any broker or finder or incurred any liability for any brokerage fees, commissions or finders’ fees which could in any way be deemed payable by Seller in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Neither Seller nor any of its directors, officers, employees or agents has employed any broker or finder or incurred any liability for any brokerage fees, commissions or finders’ fees which could in any way be deemed payable by Buyer in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Section # No Broker. Neither party has engaged any third party as broker or finder or incurred or become obligated to pay any broker’s commission or finder’s fee in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement other than such fees and expenses for which that particular party shall be solely responsible.

Broker's Fees. Neither Buyer nor any parties acting on its behalf, has agreed to pay any commission, finder's fee or similar payment in regard to this Agreement or any transaction contemplated hereby, nor taken any action on which a claim for such payment could be based.

No broker or finder has acted for the Buyer in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, and no broker or finder is entitled to any brokerage or finder’s fee or other commissions in respect of such transactions based upon agreements, arrangements or understandings made by or on behalf of the Buyer.

Section # Brokers’ Fees. There is no investment banker, broker, finder, financial advisor or other intermediary who has been retained by or is authorized to act on behalf of Buyer who is entitled to any fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

No Broker. Neither Narrate, nor any of its managers, members, agents, representatives or employees, as applicable, has employed or engaged any broker or finder or incurred any liability for any brokerage fees, commissions or finders' fees in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Neither the Buyer nor any person acting on behalf of the Buyer has paid or become obligated to pay any fee or commission to any broker, finder, investment banker, agent or intermediary for or on account of the transactions contemplated hereby for which the Seller (or any Affiliate of the Seller) is or will become liable.
