Brokers. No broker, finder, investment banker, financial advisor or other Person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, financial advisor’s or other similar fee or commission for which the Parent, Seller or Buyer will be liable in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby based upon arrangements made by or, to the knowledge of the Shareholder, on behalf of the Shareholder.

Brokers. No agent, broker, investment banker or other Person is or will be entitled to any broker’s or finder’s fee or any other commission or similar fee from the Seller or any Seller Affiliate in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Transactional Agreements as a result of any arrangements entered into by the Purchaser or its Affiliates.

Section # Brokers. No broker, finder or investment banker is entitled to any brokerage, finder's or other fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the Company.

Broker’s or Finder’s Fees. No agent, broker, person or firm acting on behalf of Seller is, or will be, entitled to any commission or broker’s or finder’s fees from Buyer in connection with the purchase and sale of the Shares hereunder.

Broker’s or Finder’s Fees. No agent, broker, person or firm acting on behalf of Buyer is, or will be, entitled to any commission or broker’s or finder’s fees from Seller in connection with the purchase and sale of the Shares hereunder.

Brokers. No person acting on behalf of any of the Company or under its authority is or will be entitled to a financial advisory fee, brokerage commission, finder’s fee or other like payment in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
