Brokers and Finders. Except as described in Section 3.15, neither [[Organization A:Organization]], nor any of its officers, directors, employees or managers, has employed any broker, finder, advisor or consultant, or incurred any liability for any investment banking fees, brokerage fees, commissions or finders’ fees, advisory fees or consulting fees in connection with the Exchange Transaction for which [[Organization A:Organization]] or its Subsidiary has or could have any liability.
