Each party shall hold the other harmless from and indemnify and defend the other against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees and costs incurred in defending against the same by any real estate broker or salesperson other than the Brokers for a commission, finders fee or other compensation as a result of the inaccuracy of such partys representation above.
