Brokers. No Person is entitled to any brokerage, finder’s or other fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the Seller.

Brokers. No Person is entitled to any brokerage, finder’s or other fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the Purchaser.

Brokers. No agent, broker, investment banker or other Person is or will be entitled to any broker’s or finder’s fee or any other commission or similar fee from the Seller or any Seller Affiliate in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Transactional Agreements as a result of any arrangements entered into by the Purchaser or its Affiliates.

Brokers. No broker, finder or investment banker is entitled to any brokerage, finder's or other fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or any other Transaction Document based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of Purchaser.

Section # Brokers. No broker, finder, financial advisor, investment banker or other Person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, financial advisor’s, investment banker’s fee or commission or similar payment in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of such Seller.

No broker, finder or investment banker is entitled to any brokerage, finder’s or other fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Section # Brokers. No broker, finder, financial advisor, investment banker or other Person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, financial advisor’s or investment banker’s fee or commission or similar payment in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement based upon arrangements made by and on behalf of Buyer or any of its respective Affiliates for which Seller or any Group Company may become liable.

Section # Brokers. No broker, finder or investment banker is entitled to any brokerage, finder's or other fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the Company.

Broker's Fees. Neither Purchaser nor any party acting on its behalf has agreed to pay any commission, finder's fee or similar payment in regard to this Agreement or any transaction contemplated hereby, nor taken any action on which a claim for such payment could be based.

No broker or finder has acted for the Seller in connection with this agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, and no broker or finder is entitled to any brokerage or finder’s fee or other commissions in respect of such transactions based upon agreements, arrangements or understandings made by or on behalf of the Seller.
