Brokerage Commissions. Except for commissions paid or payable to the Placement Agent, neither the Company nor any Affiliate of the Company is obligated to pay any brokerage commission or finder’s fee to any Person in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Brokerage Commissions. Landlord and Tenant each hereby represent and warrant to each other that, except for the Brokers identified in Section 1.16 of this Lease, no person, firm, corporation or other entity is entitled to any brokerage commission or finder’s fee on account of the execution, delivery, and consummation of this Lease. These obligations of Landlord and Tenant shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease. Commissions payable to the Brokers identified in Section 1.16 of this Lease shall be paid by Landlord pursuant to a separate written agreement between Landlord and Landlord’s Broker dated January 30, 2017, and last amended April 26, 2019.
