Broker’s Fees. Except for Moelis & Company, whose fee is the sole responsibility of Emmis, neither Emmis, nor any Person acting on Emmis’ behalf, has agreed to pay a commission, finder’s fee or similar payment in connection with this Agreement or any matter related hereto to any Person, and no Person is entitled to any such payment from Emmis, in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Broker’s Fees. Neither Sinclair, nor any Person acting on Sinclair’s behalf, has agreed to pay a commission, finder’s fee or similar payment in connection with this Agreement or any matter related hereto to any Person, and no Person is entitled to any such payment from Sinclair in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Broker’s Fees. Seller shall not be liable for the fees of any broker or other person acting on Buyer’s behalf in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

Broker’s or Finder’s Fees. No agent, broker, person or firm acting on behalf of Seller is, or will be, entitled to any commission or broker’s or finder’s fees from Buyer in connection with the purchase and sale of the Shares hereunder.

No broker or finder has acted for the Buyer in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, and no broker or finder is entitled to any brokerage or finder’s fee or other commissions in respect of such transactions based upon agreements, arrangements or understandings made by or on behalf of the Buyer.

SECTION #Broker’s Fees. Except as otherwise agreed with the Administrative Agent, no broker’s or finder’s fee, commission or similar compensation will be payable with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby. Except as otherwise agreed with the Administrative Agent, no other similar fees or commissions will be payable by any Loan Party for any other services rendered to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries ancillary to the transactions contemplated hereby.

Fees. In addition to certain fees described in [[Sections 2.03(h) and 2.03(i)])]])]:

Fees. Receipt by the Administrative Agent, MLPF&S and the Lenders of any fees required to be paid on or before the date of this Amendment.

Fees. In order to induce Lender to enter into this Seventh Amendment, Borrowers agree to pay Lender an amendment fee in the amount of ​. Said amendment fee shall be due and payable on the date of this Seventh Amendment and, upon payment, shall be fully earned and nonrefundable.

Landlord will not charge Tenant a supervision, coordination or administrative fee in connection with construction of the Tenant Improvement Work, provided that Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for any reasonable, out-of-pocket costs incurred by Landlord in reviewing the Space Plan, the Preliminary Plans, the Final Working Drawings and Plan Modifications, as set forth in [Section 2.2.7].

Fees. Notwithstanding the above, the Administrator may reduce the permissible distribution amount by any generally applicable fees. However, the Plan may not charge a greater fee for distribution under this Section than applies to other distributions. The Administrator may adopt a policy regarding charging such fees consistent with this paragraph.

Fees. As agreed, we will forward our bills for this matter to you. We understand that you will be responsible for payment. Our policy is to bill each client monthly for all services performed and expenses incurred in the previous month. Since there are sometimes delays in the accrual of expenses, they will occasionally be included in a subsequent billing. Payment of our billing statements is due in full on receipt.

Fees. The Agent shall have received the fees to be received on the Closing Date referred to in ​.

Fees. No Defaulting ​ shall be entitled to receive any fee payable under [Section 2.09(a)] for any period during which that ​ is a Defaulting ​ (and the ​ shall not be required to pay any such fee that otherwise would have been required to have been paid to that Defaulting ​).
