If the above warranties are breached ​ will, at its option and at no cost to LICENSEE # provide remedial services necessary to enable the Software, Support or Services to conform to the warranty or # replace any defective Software or media. LICENSEE will notify ​ in writing promptly of any breach of warranty in reasonable detail and provide ​ with a reasonable opportunity to remedy any breach, and reasonable assistance in remedying any defects. The remedies set out in this subsection are the LICENSEE’s sole remedies for breach of the above warranties.
