Other Covenants. ​ or any of ​ shall default in the observance or performance of any covenant or agreement # contained in [Sections 6.03, 6.05, 6.08, 6.09 or 6.14]4]4]4]4] and such default shall continue unremedied for a period of 10 days or # contained in this Agreement or in any other Loan Document not referred to in preceding [clause (i)] or ​ and such default shall continue unremedied for a period of 30 days after the earlier of written notice thereof to ​ or knowledge of a Responsible Officer of ​; or

Other Covenants. ​Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any other term or covenant contained in this Agreement or any of ​ shall default in the observance or performance of any covenant or agreement # contained in [Sections 6.03, 6.05, 6.08, 6.09 or 6.14]4]4]4]4]Loan Document, and such default shall continue unremedied for a period of # 10 daysdays, in the case such default arises under Section ‎6.03(b) or # contained‎6.03(c), or (ii) 30 days, in this Agreement or inthe case of any other Loan Document not referred to in preceding [clause (i)] or ​ and such default shall continue unremedied for a period of 30 daysdefault, after the earlier ofdate upon which written notice thereof is given to ​the Company by the Administrative Agent or knowledge of a Responsible Officer of ​;any Bank; or

Breaches of Other Covenants. ​Borrower or any of ​its Subsidiaries shall default infail to perform or observe # any of the observancecovenants or performance of any covenant or agreement #agreements contained in [Sections[[Sections 6.01, 6.02, 6.03, 6.05, 6.06, 6.08, 6.09 or09, 6.12, 6.13, 6.14]4]4]4]4]4]4]4]4]4]]4]4]4]4]4]4]4] or [Article 7] hereof or # any other covenant, or agreement contained in any Transaction Document (other than the other Events of Default specified in this [Article 9]) and such default shall continuefailure remains unremedied for a period of 10twenty (20) days or # contained in this Agreement or in any other Loan Document not referred to in preceding [clause (i)] or ​ and such default shall continue unremedied for a period of 30 days afterfrom the earlier of # the date on which the Agent has given Borrower written notice thereof to ​of such failure and # the date on which Borrower knew or knowledgeshould have known of a Responsible Officer of ​;such failure; or

default shall defaultbe made in the due observance or performance by the Company or any Subsidiary of any covenantcovenant, condition or agreement # contained in [Sections 6.03, 6.05, 6.08, 6.09[Section 5.05(a)], [Section 5.07], [Article 6] or 6.14]4]4]4]4][Article 7] and such default shall continue unremedied for a period of 10 days or # contained in this Agreement or in any other Loan Document not referred to in preceding [clause (i)] or ​ and such default shall continue unremedied for a period of 30 daysfive Business Days after the earlier of written# a Financial Officer of the Company becoming aware thereof and # notice thereof from the Administrative Agent or any Lender to ​ or knowledge of a Responsible Officer of ​; orthe Company;
