Borrower shall fail to perform or comply with any covenant, term, or condition contained in Article VI of this Agreement;

any Borrower shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, condition or agreement contained in [Section 5.02(a)] or in Article VI;

the Borrower shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, condition or agreement contained in [Section 5.02(a), 5.05]5] (with respect to the existence of the Borrower) or in Article VI;

the Borrower shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, condition or agreement contained in [Section 5.02(a), 5.03] (with respect to the Borrower’s existence), 5.08(b) or Article VI;

the Borrower shall fail to observe or perform any covenant or agreement contained in any Loan Document (other than those specified in clause (a), (b) or (d) of this Article), and

the Borrower shall fail to observe or perform any covenant or agreement contained in [Section 5.02, 5.03(a)])] (with respect to the legal existence of the Borrower) or 5.09 or in Article VI;

Specific Covenants. The Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 6.01, 6.02, 6.03, 6.05, 6.07, 6.10, 6.11, 6.12, 6.15, 6.18 or Article VII; or

Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries shall fail to perform, observe, or comply with any covenant, agreement, or term contained in this

the Borrower shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, condition or agreement contained in [Section 5.02(a), 5.03]3] (with respect to the Borrower’s existence) or 5.08 or in [Article VI];

Borrower shall fail to perform or comply with any covenant, term, or condition contained in Sections 5.1, 5.2(a), 5.2(b), 5.6, or 5.99]9] of this Agreement and such failure shall not have been remedied or waived within 15 days after the occurrence thereof;
