Breach of Covenants. The Borrower breaches any material covenant or other material term or condition contained in this Note and any collateral documents including but not limited to the Purchase Agreement and such breach continues for a period of ten (10) days after written notice thereof to the Borrower from the Holder.

The Borrower breaches any material covenant or other material term or condition contained in this Note and any collateral documents including but not limited to the Purchase Agreement and such breach continues for a period of twenty (20) days after written notice thereof to the Borrower from the Holder.

The Borrower breaches any material agreement, covenant or other material term or condition contained in the Purchase Agreement, this Note, Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions or in any agreement, statement or certificate given in writing pursuant hereto or in connection herewith or therewith.
