Breach of Certain Covenants. The Borrower shall fail to perform or observe any covenant, condition or agreement contained in Section 5.01(i), 5.03(b) (with respect to the existence of the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor), 5.12 or Article VI;

Specific Covenants. The Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 6.01, 6.02, 6.03, 6.05, 6.07, 6.10, 6.11, 6.12, 6.15, 6.18 or Article VII; or

Specific Covenants. The Borrower or any of the Subsidiary Guarantors fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of [Sections 6.03(a), 6.05(a)])] (solely with respect to the Borrower), 6.11 or in any Section of [Article VII], or Parent fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in [Section 6.05(a)] or [Section 7.14]; or

Specific Covenants. The Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of [Section 6.03, 6.05(a) or (b), 6.07, 6.11, 6.12, 6.20, 6.21]1]1]1]1]1]1]1] or [Article VII]; or

the Borrower shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, condition or agreement contained in [Section 5.02(a), 5.05]5] (with respect to the existence of the Borrower) or in Article VI;

the Borrower shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, condition or agreement contained in Section 5.02, [Section 5.03] (solely with respect to the Borrower’s existence), [Section 5.09] or in Article 6;

the Borrower shall fail to observe or perform any covenant or agreement contained in [Section 5.02, 5.03(a)])] (with respect to the legal existence of the Borrower) or 5.09 or in Article VI;

the Company or any Subsidiary shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, condition or agreement contained in Section 5.02, 5.03 (with respect to the existence of any Borrower) or 5.09 or in Article VI;

the Borrower shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, condition or agreement contained in [Section 5.02(a), 5.03] (with respect to the Borrower’s existence), 5.08(b) or Article VI;

Specific Covenants. The Borrower or any other Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any [Sections 6.03(a), 6.05(a)])] (with respect to the Borrower), 6.14, or ARTICLE VII; or
