Waiver of Breach. The waiver by either party of a breach of any provision of this Agreement by the other party shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Should any party hereto waive breach of any provision of this Agreement, that waiver shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any further breach of this Agreement.

Waiver. The waiver by either Party of a breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach. The failure of a Party to insist upon strict adherence to any provision of this Agreement on one or more occasions shall not be considered a waiver or deprive that Party of the right thereafter to insist upon strict adherence to that provision or any other provision of this Agreement. Any waiver must be in writing.

The parties may waive any breach or non-fulfillment by the other party of any provision of this Agreement. Any waiver of a breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of, or estoppel with respect to, any subsequent breach.

Waiver of Breach. No waiver of any breach of any provision of this Agreement will be construed to be, or will be, a waiver of any other breach of this Agreement. No waiver will be binding unless in writing and signed by the party waiving the breach.

No Waiver. Any waiver by any party of a breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not operate as or be construed to be a waiver of any other breach of such provision or of any breach of any other provision of this Agreement. The failure of a party to insist upon strict adherence to any term of this Agreement on one or more occasions shall not be considered a

Waivers. The waiver of a breach of this Agreement or the failure of any party hereto to exercise any right under this Agreement shall in no way constitute waiver as to future breach whether similar or dissimilar in nature or as to the exercise of any further right under this Agreement.

Waiver of Breach. The waiver by Employer of a breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement by Employee shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach by Employee.

No Implied Waivers. The waiver by a Party of a breach of any provision of this Agreement by the other Party shall not be construed as a waiver of any succeeding breach of the same or any other provision, nor shall any delay or omission on the part of a Party to exercise or avail itself of any right that it has or may have hereunder operate as a waiver of any right by such Party.

Waiver of Breach. The waiver by the [[Organization B:Organization]] of a breach or violation of any provision of this Agreement shall not operate as, or be construed to be, a waiver by the [[Organization B:Organization]] of any subsequent breach of the same or other provision hereof.

1.1Waivers. The waiver of a breach of this Agreement or the failure of any party hereto to exercise any right under this agreement shall in no event constitute waiver as to any future breach whether similar or dissimilar in nature or as to the exercise of any further right under this Agreement.
