For clarity, ThingWorx Industrial Connectivity products (which [[PTC:Organization]] currently plans to rebrand as “ThingWorx Kepware” products) are sometimes also referred to as “Kepware”, but RA and its Affiliates are not authorized to distribute products under the standalone “Kepware” branding under this Agreement. Instead, RA shall use such branding as [[PTC:Organization]] uses with respect to the products that currently are referred to as “ThingWorx Industrial Connectivity”.
