Borrowing Request. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Request and/or notice of issuance of Letter of Credit relating to the initial credit extensions hereunder.
Notices of Borrowing. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Borrowing in connection with any such request for extension of credit which complies with the requirements hereof.

(i) In the case of any Borrowing, the Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Request as required by [Section 2.03] or # in the case of the issuance of any Letter of Credit, the applicable Issuing Bank and the Administrative Agent shall have received a notice requesting the issuance of such Letter of Credit as required by Section 2.05(b).

The General Administrative Agent and the Applicable Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Request in accordance with [Section 2.03] or a notice requesting the issuance, amendment or extension of a Letter of Credit in accordance with [Section 4.01(b)], as the case may be.
The Administrative Agent shall have received, in the case of a Borrowing, a Borrowing request as required by Section 2.03 or, in the case of the issuance of a Letter of Credit, the applicable Issuing Bank and the Administrative Agent shall have received a notice requesting the issuance of such Letter of Credit as required by [Section 2.05(b)].
