“Borrower Investment Policy” means the Investment Policy of the Borrower in effect as of the Closing Date, together with such modifications as approved from time to time by the board of directors of the Borrower.

“Borrower Investment Policy” means the Borrower’s investment policy provided to the Agent prior to the Closing Date together with such amendments, supplements, modifications or replacements thereto as may be approved by the Agent after the Closing Date (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

“Borrower Investment Policy” means the Borrower’s investment policy approved by the Lenders prior to the Closing Date together with such amendments, supplements, modifications or replacements thereto as may be approved by the Required Lenders after the Closing Date (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed); provided, that any such amendment, supplement, modification or replacement after the Closing Date that is adverse to the Lenders shall be subject to the prior written consent of all of the Lenders in their sole discretion.

Investments made pursuant to and in accordance with the Borrower’s investment policy as approved by the Borrower’s board of directors, as in effect on the Closing Date and as may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time with the approval of the Borrower’s board of directors.

“Investment Policy” is that certain investment policy of Borrower, approved by Borrower’s Board of Directors delivered to Agent by Borrower prior to the date hereof.
