“Investment Policy” is that certain investment policy of Borrower, approved by Borrower’s Board of Directors delivered to Agent by Borrower prior to the date hereof.

“Borrower Investment Policy” means the Borrowers’ investment policy provided to the Agent prior to the Original Closing Date together with such amendments, supplements, modifications or replacements thereto as may be approved by the Agent after the Original Closing Date (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

“Borrower Investment Policy” means the Investment Policy of the Borrower in effect as of the Closing Date, together with such modifications as approved from time to time by the board of directors of the Borrower.
