Investments held by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries in the form of cash or Cash Equivalents;

Investments held by the Borrowers and their Restricted Subsidiaries in the form of cash and Cash Equivalents;

Investments held by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary in the form of Cash Equivalents or that were Cash Equivalents when made;

Cash Equivalent Investments and Investments permitted by the investment policies approved from time to time by the board of directors of the Borrower or the relevant Subsidiary, as applicable;

Investments held by the ​ and its Subsidiaries in the form of cash, Cash Equivalents and Bond Investments;

Investments held by the Company or such Subsidiary in the form of Cash Equivalents;

Investments by the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries in assets that were Cash Equivalents when such Investment was made;
