Books and Records. The Seller shall maintain and implement (or cause the Servicer to maintain and implement) administrative and operating procedures (including an ability to recreate records evidencing Pool Receivables and related Contracts in the event of the destruction of the originals thereof), and keep and maintain (or cause the Servicer to keep and maintain) all documents, books, records, computer tapes and disks and other information reasonably necessary or advisable for the collection of all Pool Receivables (including records adequate to permit the daily identification of each Pool Receivable and all Collections of and adjustments to each existing Pool Receivable).

Books and Records. The Seller shall maintain and implement (or cause the Master Servicer to maintain and implement) administrative and operating procedures (including an ability to recreate records evidencing Pool Receivables and related Contracts in the event of the destruction of the originals thereof), and keep and maintain (or cause the Master Servicer to keep and maintain) all documents, books, records, computer tapes and disks and other information reasonably necessary or advisable for the collection of all Pool Receivables (including records adequate to permit the daily identification of each Pool Receivable and all Collections of and adjustments to each existing Pool Receivable).

The Servicer will maintain and implement administrative and operating procedures (including an ability to recreate records evidencing Pool Receivables and related Contracts in the event of the destruction of the originals thereof), and keep and maintain all documents, books, records, computer tapes and disks and other information reasonably necessary or advisable for the collection of all Pool Receivables (including records adequate to permit the daily identification of each Pool Receivable and all Collections of and adjustments to each existing Pool Receivable).

Such Servicer will maintain and implement administrative and operating procedures (including an ability to recreate records evidencing Pool Receivables and related Contracts in the event of the destruction of the originals thereof), and keep and maintain all documents, books, records, computer tapes and disks and other information reasonably necessary or advisable for the collection of all Pool Receivables (including records adequate to permit the daily identification of each Pool Receivable and all Collections of and adjustments to each existing Pool Receivable).

Records. The Master Servicer will maintain and implement administrative and operating procedures (including an ability to recreate records evidencing Pool Receivables and related Contracts in the event of the destruction of the originals thereof), and keep and maintain all documents, books, records, computer tapes and disks and other information reasonably necessary or advisable for the timely and full collection of all Pool Receivables (including records adequate to permit the daily identification of each new Pool Receivable and all Collections of and adjustments to each existing Pool Receivable).

Keeping of Records and Books of Account; Delivery; Location of Records. Maintain and implement, or cause to be maintained and implemented, administrative and operating procedures (including an ability to recreate records evidencing the Pool Receivables and Related Security in the event of the destruction of the originals (if any) thereof, backing up on a regular basis on a separate backup computer from which electronic file copies can be readily produced and distributed to third parties being agreed to suffice for this purpose), and keep and maintain, or cause to be kept and maintained (or transferred to Servicer), all documents, books, records and other information necessary or advisable for the collection of all Pool Receivables and Related Security (including records adequate to permit the identification on a regular basis consistent with the Servicer’s policies and procedures (which are consistent with policies and procedures customary for companies engaged in the same or similar businesses as the Servicer) of each new Pool Receivable and all Collections of and adjustments to each existing Pool Receivable received, made or otherwise processed). At any time during the continuation of an Event of Termination, upon request of the Administrative Agent, deliver or cause the Servicer to deliver the originals (if any) of all Contracts to the Administrative Agent or its designee, together with electronic and other files applicable thereto, and other Records necessary to enforce the related Pool Receivable against any Obligor thereof.

Keeping of Records and Books of Account; Delivery; Location of Records. Maintain and implement, or cause to be maintained and implemented, administrative and operating procedures (including an ability to recreate records evidencing the Pool Receivables and Related Security in the event of the destruction of the originals (if any) thereof, backing up on at least a regular basis on a separate backup computer from which electronic file copies can be readily produced and distributed to third parties being agreed to suffice for this purpose), and keep and maintain, or cause to be kept and maintained, all documents, books, records and other information necessary or advisable for the collection of all Pool Receivables and Related Security (including records adequate to permit the identification on a regular basis consistent with the Servicer’s policies and procedures (which are consistent with policies and procedures customary for companies engaged in the same or similar businesses as the Servicer) of each new Pool Receivable and all Collections of and adjustments to each existing Pool Receivable received, made or otherwise processed). At any time during the continuation of an Event of Termination, upon the request of the Administrative Agent, deliver the originals (if any) of all Contracts to the Administrative Agent or its designee, together with electronic and other files applicable thereto, and other Records necessary to enforce the related Pool Receivable against any Obligor thereof.

Such Sub-Originator will maintain and implement (or cause the Servicer to maintain and implement) administrative and operating procedures (including an ability to recreate records evidencing Pool Receivables and related Contracts in the event of the destruction of the originals thereof), and keep and maintain (or cause the Servicer to keep and maintain) all documents, books, records, computer tapes and disks and other information reasonably necessary or advisable for the collection of all Pool Receivables (including records adequate to permit the daily identification of each Pool Receivable and all Collections of and adjustments to each existing Pool Receivable).

Keeping of Records and Books of Account. The Servicer will maintain and implement administrative and operating procedures (including an ability to recreate records evidencing Receivables, including the Servicer Files, in the event of the destruction of the originals thereof), and keep and maintain all documents, books, records and other information reasonably necessary or advisable for the collection of all Receivables, including the Servicer Files.
