Bonus Plan. You will be eligible to receive an annual cash bonus pursuant to the Company’s Senior Executive Cash Incentive Bonus Plan, as it may be amended from time to time, with an individual “target bonus opportunity” for purposes of such plan of 30% of your base salary.

Bonus Plan. The Plan is intended to be a “bonus program” as defined under U.S. Department of Labor regulation 2510.3-2(c) and will be construed and administered in accordance with such intention.

Bonus Plan. You will be eligible to participate in FibroGen’s Incentive Compensation Plan (the “Bonus Plan”) adopted by FibroGen for its employees on such terms as FibroGen's Board of Directors (the "Board") may determine in its discretion.

Bonus Plan. The Board or its Compensation Committee has the authority, in its sole discretion, to approve a bonus plan for Employee for each calendar year providing bonus compensation with a target to be set up to fifty percent (50%) of the Employee’s base salary, based on individual goals and Employer performance criteria and such other terms and conditions as may be established by the Board or its Compensation Committee. Any such bonus earned for a calender year shall be paid in the following calendar year.

Subject the discretion of Parent’s board of directors or the compensation committee thereof, the Employee shall be entitled to an annual bonus scheme. The 2023 scheme will be discussed at the February 2023 meeting of Parent’s board of directors. For your information only, and as publicly disclosed, past years’ annual bonus targets were based 70%-110% of Salary and tied to annual business execution, provided that it is anticipated that the Employee’s annual target will be based on 70%-120% of Salary.

During the Employment Period, Executive shall be eligible for an annual performance bonus (the “Annual Bonus”) under the Senior Management Cash Incentive Plan of 2018, as such plan may be amended by the Board from time to time, or such other bonus plan that replaces such plan, in such amount and based on the Company’s performance against specific target levels as is determined by the Board of Directors of the Company or any duly authorized Committee thereof, including but not limited to the Compensation Committee of the Board.
