obligations in respect of performance, bid, appeal and surety bonds and performance and completion guarantees and similar obligations provided by the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries or obligations in respect of letters of credit, bank guarantees or similar instruments related thereto, in each case in the ordinary course of business or consistent with past practice;

obligations in respect of performance, bid, appeal and surety bonds and performance and completion guarantees and similar obligations provided by the ​ or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries or obligations in respect of letters of credit, bank guarantees or similar instruments related thereto, in each case, in the ordinary course of business or consistent with past practices;

obligations in respect of performance, bid, appeal and surety bonds and performance and completion guarantees and similar obligations provided by any Borrower or any of the Loan Parties or obligations in respect of letters of credit, bank guarantees or similar instruments related thereto, in each case in the Ordinary Course of Business or consistent with past practice;

obligations in respect of performance, bid, appeal and surety bonds and performance, bankers acceptance facilities and completion guarantees and similar obligations provided by Intermediate Holdings, the Borrowers or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries or obligations in respect of letters of credit, bank guarantees or similar instruments related thereto, in each case in the ordinary course of business or consistent with past practice;

obligations in respect of performance, bid, customs, government, appeal and surety bonds, performance and completion guaranties and similar obligations provided by Borrower, any of its Subsidiaries or the Physician-Owned Practices, in each case in the ordinary course of business;

obligations in respect of self-insurance, performance, bid, appeal and surety bonds and completion guarantees and similar obligations provided by Holdings or any Restricted Subsidiary or obligations in respect of letters of credit, bank guarantees or similar instruments related thereto, in each case, in the ordinary course of business;

Debt of any Subsidiary in respect of performance bonds, bid bonds, appeal bonds, surety bonds, performance and completion guarantees and similar obligations (other than in respect of other Debt for borrowed money), in each case provided in the ordinary course of business;

obligations in respect of self-insurance and performance, bid, appeal and surety bonds and performance and completion guarantees and similar obligations provided by Holdings or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries in the ordinary course of business or consistent with past practice;

Indebtedness of the Borrower or any Subsidiary in respect of performance bonds, bid bonds, appeal bonds, surety bonds and similar obligation, in each case provided in the ordinary course of business;

Indebtedness of the Borrower or any Subsidiary in respect of performance bonds, bid bonds, appeal bonds, surety bonds and similar obligations, in each case provided in the ordinary course of business.
