Indebtedness (including bank guarantees, letters of credit and other instruments similar to letters of credit issued for general corporate purposes) in an aggregate principal or face amount at any time outstanding not to exceed $5,000,000 in respect of performance, bid, appeal and surety bonds, customer guarantees and performance and completion guarantees and similar obligations provided by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary; and

Indebtedness with respect to letters of credit (other than Letters of Credit), in each case, obtained in the ordinary course of business in an aggregate principal amount for all such letters of credit not to exceed $5,000,000 at any time outstanding;
