“Responsible Officer”: as to any Person, the chief executive officer, the chairman of the board, the president, the chief financial officer, the chief accounting officer, any executive or senior vice president or the treasurer of such Person.

“Responsible Officer” means, as to any Person, the president, chief executive officer, chief financial officer, senior vice president, vice president, senior managing director or treasurer of such Person.

“Responsible Officer” means, with respect to any Person, the chief executive officer, the chief financial officer, the principal accounting officer, the treasurer, the controller (or an individual performing an equivalent function) or the general counsel of such Person.

“Responsible Officer”: the chief executive officer, the president, any executive or senior vice president or vice president, the chief financial officer, treasurer or controller of ​.

“Responsible Officer” means, as to any Person, such Person’s chief executive officer or chief financial officer.

“Responsible Officer” means the chief executive officer, president, chief financial officer, or treasurer of an Obligated Party or any Person designated by a Responsible Officer to act on behalf of a Responsible Officer; provided that such designated Person may not designate

“Responsible Officer”: the chief executive officer, president, chief accounting officer, chief financial officer, treasurer, assistant treasurer.

“Responsible Officer” shall mean, with respect to any Person, any of the President, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Vice Chairman, any Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, Treasurer or Assistant Treasurer of such Person, or any other person that acts as the principal executive officer, principal financial officer, principal accounting officer or treasurer of such Person. Notwithstanding the foregoing, “Responsible Officer” also means any member of the Board of Directors of the Company and any person who has been appointed an attorney-in-fact by a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Company so long as the power of attorney granted by such resolution remains in effect.

“Responsible Officer” means any of the chief executive officer, president, chief operating officer, treasurer, any other Financial Officer, general counsel or other chief legal officer of the Company.

“Responsible Officer” shall mean with respect to a Person, the chairman of the board, president, chief operating officer, chief financial officer, treasurer or vice president of such Person or such other similar officer of such Person reasonably acceptable to ​.
