“BSBY Screen Rate” means the Bloomberg Short-Term Bank Yield Index rate administered by Bloomberg and published by Bloomberg (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Agent from time to time).

“BSBY Screen Rate” means the Bloomberg Short-Term Bank Yield Index rate administered by Bloomberg and published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time).

“Prime Rate” shall mean the rate that Bloomberg displays as “Prime Rate by Country United States” at www.bloomberg.com/markets/rates-bonds/key-rates/ or on a Bloomberg terminal at PRIMBB Index.
