“EURIBO Rate” means, with respect to any Interest Period, a rate per annum equal to the Euro interbank offered rate as administered by the European Money Markets Institute (or any other Person that takes over the administration of such rate) for a deposit in Euro with a tenor equal to such Interest Period, displayed on the Bloomberg screen page that displays such rate or, in the event such rate does not appear on a page of the Bloomberg screen, on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate as shall be selected by the Administrative Agent from time to time in its reasonable discretion (such applicable rate being called the “Euro Screen Rate”), at approximately 11:00 a.m., Brussels time, two TARGET Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period.
“EURIBO Rate” means, for any Interest Period, the euro interbank offered rate administered by the European Money Markets Institute (or any other person which takes over the administration of that rate) for the relevant period displayed (before any correction, recalculation or republication by the administrator) on the applicable Bloomberg screen (or any successor to or substitute for Bloomberg, providing rate quotations comparable to those provided by Bloomberg on the Closing Date, as determined by the Administrative Agent from time to time for purposes of providing quotations of interest rates for the offering of deposits in euro) as of 11:00 A.M. (Brussels time) on the date two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period for a term comparable to such Interest Period; provided that, if the EURIBO Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of this Agreement.
“EURIBO Rate” means, for any Interest Period, in the case of any Term Benchmark Borrowing denominated in Euro, the Euro interbank offered rate administered by the European Money Markets Institute (or any other Person that takes over the administration of such rate) for a term equal to the term of the relevant Interest Period appearing on the Bloomberg screen page (currently EURIBOR01) (or, in the event such rate does not appear on a page of the Bloomberg screen, on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate as shall be selected by the Administrative Agent from time to time in its reasonable discretion) at approximately 11:00 a.m. (Brussels time), on such date, or if such date is not a Business Day, on the immediately preceding Business Day (the “EURIBO Screen Rate”).
“EURIBO Rate” means, for any Interest Period, the rate appearing on Reuters Screen [[Unknown Identifier]] (or on any successor or substitute page of Reuters, or any successor to or substitute for Reuters, providing rate quotations comparable to those currently provided on such page of Reuters, as determined by the Administrative Agent with notice to the [[Organization A:Organization]] from time to time for purposes of providing quotations of interest rates applicable to deposits in Euro by reference to the Banking Federation of the European Union Settlement Rates for deposits in Euro) at approximately 10:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period, as the rate for deposits in Euro with a maturity comparable to such Interest Period or, if for any reason such rate is not available for the applicable Interest Period but is available for periods that are shorter than and longer than such Interest Period, the rate per annum that results from interpolating on a linear basis between the rate for the longest available period that is shorter than such Interest Period and the shortest available period that is longer than such Interest Period, then the EURIBO Rate shall be such interpolated screen rate.
“EURIBO Screen Rate” means, for any day and time, with respect to any Eurocurrency Borrowing denominated in euro and for any Interest Period, the euro interbank offered rate administered by the European Money Markets Institute (or any other person which takes over the administration of suchthat rate) for euro for the relevant period displayed (before any correction, recalculation or republication by the administrator) on page [[Unknown Identifier]] of the Reuters screen (or any replacement Reuters page which displays that rate) or on the appropriate page of such other information service which publishes that rate from time to time in place of Reuters as published at approximately 11:00 a.m. Brussels time two TARGET Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period. If such page or service ceases to be available, the Administrative Agent may specify another page or service displaying the relevant rate after consultation with the Company. If the EURIBO Screen Rate as so determined would be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for the purposes of this Agreement.
“EURIBO Screen Rate” means the euro interbank offered rate administered by the European Money Markets Institute (or any other person which takes over the administration of that rate) for the relevant period displayed (before any correction, recalculation or republication by the administrator) on page [[Unknown Identifier]] of the Reuters screen (or any replacement Reuters page which displays that rate) or on the appropriate page of such other information service which publishes that rate from time to time in place of Reuters as published at approximately 11:00 a.m. Brussels time two TARGET Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period. “EURIBO Rate” means for any Interest Period of EURIBO Rate Loans, # the rate per annum determined by the Administrative Agent to be the offered rate which appears on the page of the Reuters Screen which displays the European interbank offered rate administered by the Banking Federation of the European Union (such page currently being the EURIBOR01) (the “EURIBO Screen Rate”) for deposits (for delivery on the first day of such Interest Period) with a term equivalent to such Interest Period in Dollars, determined as of approximately 11:00 a.m. (Brussels, Belgium time), two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period, or # in the event the rate referenced in the preceding clause (i) does not appear on such page or service or if such page or service shall cease to be available, the rate determined by the Administrative Agent to be the offered rate on such other page or other service which displays the EURIBO Screen Rate for deposits (for delivery on the first day of such Interest Period) with a term equivalent to such Interest Period in Dollars, determined as of approximately 11:00 a.m. (London, England time) two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period; provided that if EURIBO Screen Rates are quoted under either of the preceding clauses (i) or (ii), but there is no such quotation for the Interest Period elected, the EURIBO Screen Rate shall be equal to the Interpolated Rate; provided, further, that if any such rate determined pursuant to the preceding clauses (i) or (ii) is below zero, the EURIBO Rate will be deemed to be zero.
“EURIBO Rate” means, with respect to any EURIBOR Loan for any Interest Period, the EURIBO Screen Rate as of 11:00 a.m., Brussels time, two TARGET Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period.
“EURIBO Rate” means, with respect to any Term Benchmark Borrowing denominated in euro and for any Interest Period, the EURIBOR Screen Rate at approximately 11:00 a.m., Brussels time, two (2) TARGET2 Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period.
