denominated in Yen, the rate per annum equal to the Tokyo Interbank Offer Rate (“TIBOR”), as published on page [[Unknown Identifier]] of the Bloomberg screen (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time) at or about 11:00 a.m. (Japan time) on the day that is two Business Days preceding the first day of such Interest Period;

in the case of Term Benchmark LC Disbursements denominated in Japanese Yen, the rate per annum equal to the Tokyo Interbank Offered Rate as administered by the Ippan Shadan Hojin JBA TIBOR Administration (or any other Person that takes over the administration of such rate) for a period equal in length to such Interest Period, as displayed on the applicable Bloomberg page (or on any successor or substitute page or service providing such quotations as reasonably determined by the Issuing Bank from time to time) at approximately 11:00 a.m. (Tokyo time) two Term Benchmark Banking Days for Japanese Yen prior to the first day of such Interest Period.
