“CDOR Screen Rate” means the interest rate per annum (the “CDOR Rate”), as determined by the Multicurrency Administrative Agent, equal to the arithmetic average rate applicable to Canadian Dollar bankers’ acceptances (C$BAs) for the applicable Interest Period appearing on the Bloomberg page BTMM CA, rounded to the nearest 1/100th of one percent (1%) (with .005% being rounded up) per annum, at approximately 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, three (3) Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period, or if such day is not a Business Day, then on the immediately preceding Business Day, provided that if such rate does not appear on the Bloomberg page BTMM CA on such day the CDOR Rate on such day shall be the rate for such period applicable to Canadian Dollar bankers’ acceptances quoted by a bank listed in [Schedule I] of the Bank Act (Canada), as selected by the Agent, as of 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on such day or, if such day is not a Business Day, then on the immediately preceding Business Day.
“CDOR Screen Rate” means, on any day for the relevant Interest Period, the annual rate of interest equal to the average rate applicable to Canadian Dollar Canadian bankers’ acceptances for the applicable period that appears on the “Reuters Screen CDOR Page” as defined in the International Swap Dealer Association, Inc. definitions, as modified and amended from time to time (or, in the event such rate does not appear on such page or screen, on any successor or substitute page or screen that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate from time to time, as selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion), rounded to the nearest 1/100th of 1% (with .005% being rounded up), as of 10:00 a.m. Toronto time on the Rate Determination Date with a term equivalent to such Interest Period.
“CDOR Screen Rate” means, for on any day and time, with respect to any Eurocurrency Borrowing denominated in Canadian Dollars and for anyfor the relevant Interest Period, the annual rate of interest equal to the average rate applicable to Canadian dollarDollar Canadian bankers’ acceptances for the applicable period that appears on the “Reuters Screen CDOR Page” as defined in the International Swap Dealer Association, Inc. definitions, as modified and amended from time to time (or, in the event such rate does not appear on such page or screen, on any successor or substitute page or screen that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate from time to time, as selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion), rounded to the nearest 1/100th of 1% (with .005% being rounded up). If the CDOR Screen Rate as so determined would be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for the purposes of this Agreement., as of 10:15 a.m. Toronto time on the first day of such Interest Period and, if such day is not a Business Day, then on the immediately preceding Business Day (as adjusted by Administrative Agent after 10:15 a.m. Toronto time to reflect any error in the posted rate of interest or in the posted average annual rate of interest).

If the CDOR Screen Rate shall be less than zero, the CDOR Screen Rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement.
“CDOR Rate” means, with respect to any Interest Period, the average rate for bankers acceptances as administered by the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (or any other Person that takes over the administration of that rate) with a tenor equal to such Interest Period, displayed on CDOR page of the Bloomberg screen (or, in the event such rate does not appear on such Bloomberg page or screen, on any successor or substitute page on such screen or service that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate from time to time as selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion; the “CAD Screen Rate”) at or about 11:00 a.m. (Toronto, Ontario time) on the date that is two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period.
“CDOR Screen Rate” means on any day for the relevant Interest Period, the annual rate of interest equal to the average rate applicable to Canadian dollar Canadian bankers’ acceptances for the applicable period that appears on the “Reuters Screen CDOR Page” as defined in the International Swap Dealer Association, Inc. definitions, as modified and amended from time to time (or, in the event such rate does not appear on such page or screen, on any successor or substitute page or screen that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate from time to time, as selected by the Agent in its reasonable discretion), rounded to the nearest 1/100th of 1% (with .005% being rounded up), as of 10:15 a.m. Toronto local time on the first day of such Interest Period and, if such day is not a business day, then on the immediately preceding business day (as adjusted by Agent after 10:15 a.m. Toronto local time to reflect any error in the posted rate of interest or in the posted average annual rate of interest). If the CDOR Screen Rate shall be less than the Floor, the CDOR Screen Rate shall be deemed to be the Floor for purposes of this Agreement.
“CDOR Screen Rate” means, for any day and time, with respect to any Term Benchmark Borrowing denominated in Canadian Dollars and for any Interest Period, the annual rate of interest equal to the average rate applicable to Canadian Dollar Canadian bankers’ acceptances for the applicable Interest Period that appears on the “Reuters Screen CDOR Page” as defined in the ISDA Definitions (or, in the event such rate does not appear on such page or screen, on any successor or substitute page or screen that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate from time to time, as selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion).
“CDOR Rate” means, on any day, an annual rate of interest equal to the average rate applicable to CAD bankers’ acceptances for a three-month period (or, for purposes of the definition of the term “Canadian Prime Rate”, a thirty day period) that appears on the Reuters Screen CDOR Page (or, in the event such rate does not appear on a Reuters page or screen, on any successor or substitute page on such screen that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate from time to time as selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion), rounded to the nearest 1/100th of 1% (with .005% being rounded up), at approximately 10:15 a.m. Toronto time on such day, or if such day is not a Business Day, then on the immediately preceding Business Day (the “CDOR Screen Rate”); provided that if the CDOR Screen Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement.
“CDOR Rate” means, with respect to any Term Benchmark Borrowing denominated in Canadian Dollars and for any Interest Period, the CDOR Screen Rate at approximately 10:15 a.m. Toronto local time on the first day of such Interest Period (and, if such day is not a Business Day, then on the immediately preceding Business Day (as adjusted by Administrative Agent after 10:15 a.m. Toronto, Ontario time to reflect any error in the posted rate of interest or in the posted average annual rate of interest)), rounded to the nearest 1/100th of 1% (with .005% being rounded up).
“CDOR Screen Rate” means, for any day and time, with respect to any Term Benchmark Borrowing denominated in Canadian Dollars and for any Interest Period, the annual rate of interest equal to the average rate applicable to Canadian Dollar Canadian bankers’ acceptances for the applicable Interest Period that appears on the “Reuters Screen CDOR Page” as defined in the ISDA Definitions (or, in the event such rate does not appear on such page or screen, on any successor or substitute page or screen that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate from time to time, as selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion); provided that, if the CDOR Screen Rate shall be less than 0%, the CDOR Screen Rate shall be deemed to be 0% for purposes of this Agreement.
