Binding. This Agreement shall be binding on the parties hereto, and their respective heirs, representatives, successors and assigns; and shall inure to the benefit of Borrower and of Lender and Lender’s successors and assigns.

Decisions Binding. The Administrator's interpretation of the Plan, any Awards granted pursuant to the Plan, any Program, any Award Agreement and all decisions and determinations by the Administrator with respect to the Plan are final, binding, and conclusive on all parties.

Binding Effect. This Amendment No. 10 shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of each of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.

Binding Effect. This Agreement has been, and each other Loan Document, when delivered hereunder, will have been, duly executed and delivered by each Loan Party that is party thereto. Binding Obligation. The Receivable and the related Contract are duly authorized on the part of the related Obligor, are in full force and effect and constitute the legal, valid and binding payment obligation in writing of the Obligor, enforceable by the holder thereof in accordance with its terms, except # as enforceability may be limited by applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, liquidation or other similar laws and equitable principles relating to or affecting the enforcement of creditors’ rights generally and # as such Receivable may be modified by the application after the related Cutoff Date of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, to the extent applicable to the related Obligor.

Binding Effect. This Agreement shall become effective when it shall have been executed by each of the parties hereto and thereafter shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of each of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns, except that the Loan Parties shall not have the right to assign their rights hereunder or any interest herein without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent, ​ and ​.

BINDING EFFECT. This Stock Grant Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective legal representatives, successors and assigns.

Binding Effect. This Agreement will be binding in all respects on your heirs, representatives, successors and assigns, and on the successors and assigns of the Company.

Binding Effect. This Assignment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their successors and assigns.

Binding Effect. Binding Effect. This Note shall be binding upon the Company and the successors and assigns of the Company and shall inure to the benefit of Holder and the successors and assigns of Holder.

Binding Agreement. Subject to the limitations in this Agreement on the transferability by you of the Award granted herein, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the representatives, executors, successors or beneficiaries of the parties hereto.

Binding Effect. This Amendment No. 11 shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of each of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.

Binding Effect. By signing this Agreement, the parties agree and acknowledge that they have carefully read and fully understood the contents of this Agreement, and that this Agreement has been freely signed by the party executing this Agreement. This Agreement is binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors, assigns, personal representatives, officers, directors, agents, attorneys, parents, subsidiaries and affiliates.

Binding Effect. This Amendment shall not be valid and binding on Landlord and Tenant unless and until it has been completely executed by and delivered to both parties.

Decisions Binding. All determinations and decisions made by the Administrator, the Board or any delegate of the Administrator pursuant to the provisions of the Plan shall be final, conclusive and binding on all persons and shall be given the maximum deference permitted by law.

Binding Effect. Subject to the foregoing restriction on assignment, this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon each of the parties, the affiliates, officers, directors, agents, successors and assigns of the Company and HoldCo, and the heirs, devisees, spouses, legal representatives and successors of Executive.
