Binding Effect. This Amendment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, legal representatives and permitted assigns.

Binding Effect. This Agreement and the rights and obligations hereunder shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective legal representatives, and shall also bind and inure to the benefit of any successor of the Company by merger or consolidation or any assignee of all or substantially all of its properties.

Binding Effect. This Plan shall bind the Director and the Bank and their respective beneficiaries, survivors, executors, administrators, successors, transferees, and assigns.

Binding Effect. This Agreement has been, and each other Loan Document, when delivered hereunder, will have been, duly executed and delivered by each Loan Party that is party thereto. This Agreement constitutes, and each other Loan Document when so delivered will constitute, a legal, valid and binding obligation of such Loan Party, enforceable against each Loan Party that is party thereto in accordance with its terms, except as may be limited by bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or similar laws relating to or limiting creditors’ rights generally or by general principles of equity, regardless of whether considered in proceedings in equity or at law.

Binding Effect. This Lease is binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties, their legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns.

Binding Effect. The term "Company" as used herein shall include the original Company of this Note and any party who may subsequently become liable for the payment hereof as an assumer with the consent of the Holder, provided that Holder may, at its option, consider the original Company of this Note alone as Company unless Holder has consented in writing to the substitution of another party as Company.

Binding Agreement. This Agreement constitutes, and upon execution and delivery thereof by the Company will constitute, a valid and binding agreement of the Company, enforceable against the Company in accordance with its terms, except as may be limited by applicable bankruptcy, insolvency or similar laws affecting creditor’s rights generally or the availability of equitable remedies.

Binding Effect. This Agreement will be binding upon your heirs and personal and legal representatives, and the successors and assigns of the Company Group. This Agreement and the rights and obligations hereunder may not be assigned by you, but are assignable by us.

Binding Agreement. Subject to the limitation on the transferability of this grant contained herein, this Agreement will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, legatees, legal representatives, successors and assigns of the parties hereto.

Binding Effect. This Sublease is offered to Subtenant for signature with the express understanding and agreement that this Sublease shall not be binding upon Sublandlord unless and until Sublandlord shall have executed and delivered a fully executed copy of this Sublease to Subtenant. This Section 22.4 shall not be deemed to modify the provisions of Section 17 hereof.
