Binding Effect. Subject to the limitations stated above and in the Plan, this Agreement shall be binding upon the Participant and the Participant’s successors in interest and the successors of the Company.

Binding Effect. This Agreement will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the Company and the Participant and, as and to the extent provided herein and under the Plan, their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns.

Binding Effect. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the Company and, subject to the restrictions on transfer set forth herein, be binding upon the Participant and the Participant’s heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.

Binding Effect. Subject to the limitations stated above and in the Plan, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors of the Grantee and any transferee of the Grantee in accordance with paragraph 5 and the successors of the Company.

Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of any successors to the Company and all persons lawfully claiming under Participant.

Binding Effect. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the Company and, subject to the restrictions on transfer set forth herein, be binding upon the Participant and the Participant’s heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns. If all or any part of any section or clause of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in any respect or to any degree, that section or clause shall be interpreted and enforced to the maximum extent allowed by law and shall not invalidate or impact any other sections and/or clauses that remain.

Binding Effect. This Option Agreement shall inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the Company and, subject to the restrictions on transfer set forth herein, be binding upon the Participant and the Participant’s heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.

Binding Effect. This Award Agreement shall inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the Company and, subject to the restrictions on transfer set forth herein, be binding upon the Participant and the Participant’s heirs, executors, administrators, successors and permitted assigns.

Binding Effect: The provisions of this Plan shall be binding upon the Corporation and its successors, transferees, and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of the Participants and their heirs, executors, administrators, and legal representatives.

Binding Effect; Modification. This Agreement is binding upon the Company and Participant and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns. The Agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties.
