Binding Effect. Subject to all other provisions of this Lease, each of the covenants, conditions and provisions of this Lease shall extend to and shall, as the case may require, bind or inure to the benefit not only of Landlord and of Tenant, but also of their respective heirs, personal representatives, successors or assigns, provided this clause shall not permit any assignment by Tenant contrary to the provisions of Article 14 of this Lease.

Binding Effect. The covenants, conditions and agreements contained herein shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Sublandlord and Subtenant and their respective successors and assigns, as permitted hereby.

Binding Effect. The covenants, agreements, terms, provisions and conditions of this Lease shall bind and benefit the successors and assigns of the parties hereto with the same effect as if mentioned in each instance where a party hereto is named or referred to, except that no violation of the provisions of Article 11 hereof shall operate to vest any rights in any successor or assignee of Tenant. A facsimile, PDF or other electronic signature on this Lease shall be equivalent to, and have the same force and effect as, an original signature.

Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, all of the covenants, conditions, and provisions of this Lease shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns.

This Lease and all covenants and agreements herein contained shall be binding upon, apply, and inure to the respective heirs, executors , successors, administrators and assigns of all parties to this Lease; provided, however, that this Lease shall not inure to the benefit of any assignee, heir, administrator, devisee, legal representative, successor, transferee or successor of Tenant except upon the prior written consent of Landlord.
