Binding Effect. The terms and provisions hereof shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their successors and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of the Agent and each Lender and their respective successors and assigns.

Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon, inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the Borrower, each Lender and their respective successors and assigns.

Binding Effect. All of the terms and provisions of this Agreement, whether so expressed or not, shall be binding upon, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable by the Parties and their respective legal representatives, successors, and permitted assigns.

Binding Effect. This Agreement and the provisions contained herein shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Assignor and Assignee and their respective successors and assigns.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing sentence, if any Lender assigns or otherwise transfers (in whole or in part) to any other person or entity the Obligations to such Lender under the applicable Financing Agreement, such other person or entity shall thereupon become vested with all rights and benefits, and become subject to all the obligations, in respect thereof granted to or imposed upon such Lender under this Agreement.

Binding Effect. The terms of this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Company, Client, and their respective successors and assigns.
