Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon, and inure [[Organization A:Organization]] benefit of, the Parties, any successors to or assigns of the Company and the Executive’s heirs and the personal representatives of the Executive’s estate.

Binding Effect. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and be binding on, the successors and assigns of each of the Parties hereto, including, without limitation, the Executive’s heirs and the personal representatives of the Executive’s estate and any successor to all or substantially all of the business and/or assets of the Company or Parent.

Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure [[Organization A:Organization]] the benefit of Company, Executive, and Executive’s personal representatives, beneficiaries, heirs, and successors. Company will require any successor (whether direct or indirect, by purchase, merger, consolidation or otherwise) [[Organization A:Organization]] all or substantially all of the business and/or assets of Company [[Organization A:Organization]] expressly assume and agree [[Organization A:Organization]] perform this Agreement in the same manner and [[Organization A:Organization]] the same extent that Company would be required [[Organization A:Organization]] perform it if no such succession has taken place.

Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs and representatives of the Executive and the successors and assigns of the Employer.

Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties and their respective personal representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.

Binding Effect. Subject to the foregoing restriction on assignment by Executive, this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon each of the parties; the permitted successors and assigns of the Company; and the heirs, devisees, spouses, legal representatives and successors of Executive.

Binding Effect. This Agreement is binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns; provided, however, that Executive shall not be entitled to assign his interest in this Agreement (except for an assignment by operation of law to her estate), or any portion hereof, or any rights hereunder, to any party. Any attempted assignment by Executive in violation of this Section 20 shall be null, void, ab initio and of no effect of any kind or nature whatsoever.

Binding Effect. Subject to the provisions of Section 11 above, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties hereto, the Executive’s heirs and personal representatives, and the successors and assignees of the Employer.

Binding Effect. This Agreement will bind and inure to the benefit of the Company’s, the Bank’s, and Executive’s heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns.

Binding Effect, Etc. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the parties hereto and the Company’s successors and assigns, including any direct or indirect successor by purchase, merger, consolidation, reorganization, liquidation, dissolution, winding up or otherwise with respect to all or substantially all of the business or assets of the Company, and Executive’s spouse, heirs, and personal and legal representatives.
