Binding Effect. This Award shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, and permitted successors and assigns of the parties hereto.

The Executive acknowledges that this Agreement is a personal services agreement and cannot be assigned by the Executive, but shall inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable by, the Executive’s executors, administrators and personal representatives upon the Executor’s death or disability.

Binding Effect. This Amendment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of each of the parties to the Receivables Purchase Agreement, whether or not they are parties hereto, and their successors and permitted assigns.
