Binding Effect. This Agreement has been, and each other Loan Document, when delivered hereunder, will have been, duly executed and delivered by each Loan Party that is party thereto. This Agreement constitutes, and each other Loan Document when so delivered will constitute, a legal, valid and binding obligation of such Loan Party, enforceable against each Loan Party that is party thereto in accordance with its terms.

Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the parties and their heirs, personal representatives, successors, and, to the extent permitted by Section 8.2, assigns.

This Amendment and the Amended Credit Agreement shall hereafter be read and construed together as a single document, and all references in the Credit Agreement, any other Loan Document or any agreement or instrument related to the Credit Agreement shall hereafter refer to the Amended Credit Agreement. This Amendment shall constitute a Loan Document.
