This Amendment may be executed in counterparts, and each counterpart will have the same force and effect as an original and will constitute an effective, binding agreement on the part of each of the undersigned.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts. Each counterpart will have the same force and effect as an original and will constitute an effective, binding agreement.

This Amendment may be executed by the parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be an original, but all such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same instrument.

Section # Counterparts. This Amendment may be signed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original, with the same effect as if the signatures thereto and hereto were upon the same instrument. This Agreement shall become effective when each party hereto shall have received a counterpart hereof signed by the other party hereto.

This Amendment may be executed in a number of identical counterparts. If so, each such counterpart shall collectively constitute one agreement. Any signature delivered by a party by facsimile or other electronic transmission shall be deemed to be an original signature hereto.

Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in any number of identical counterparts, any set of which signed by all the parties hereto shall be deemed to constitute a complete, executed original for all purposes. Delivery of an executed counterpart of this Amendment by electronic mail shall be equally as effective as delivery of an original executed counterpart of this Amendment.

Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by the Parties in separate counterparts, with the same effect as if all Parties had signed the same document. All such counterparts shall be deemed an original, shall be construed together and shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile or electronic transmission of a scanned, executed counterpart of this Amendment shall be sufficient to bind a Party to the same extent as an original.

This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original but all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Delivery of an executed counterpart of this Amendment by facsimile or electronic mail shall be equally effective as delivery of an original executed counterpart of this Amendment.

This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which shall constitute one and the same agreement, and the signature pages from any counterpart may be appended to any other counterpart to assemble fully-executed counterparts. Counterparts of this Amendment may be exchanged via electronic means, and a facsimile of any party’s signature shall be deemed to be an original signature for all purposes.

This Amendment may be executed, including execution by facsimile or electronic signature, in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which together shall be deemed to be one and the same instrument.

This Amendment may be executed in counterparts (including by facsimile or pdf signature pages or other means of electronic transmission) each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.
