Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns. Participant hereby agrees to accept as binding, conclusive and final all decisions and interpretations of the Compensation Committee upon any questions arising under this Agreement.

Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company and the Participant and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns, subject to the restrictions on transfer set forth in Sections 5 and 6 of this Agreement.

Binding Effect; Assignment. This Agreement shall be binding upon, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable by the heirs, personal representatives and successors of the parties hereto. Nothing expressed or referred to in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to give any person other than the parties to this Agreement, or their respective heirs, personal representatives or successors, any legal or equitable rights, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Agreement or any provision contained herein. The Participant shall not assign any part of this Award Agreement without the prior express written consent of the Company.

Binding Effect. Subject to the terms of the Plan, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company and its assigns, and Participant, his heirs and personal representatives.

Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties, and their respective heirs, executors, beneficiaries, personal representatives, successors and permitted assigns hereunder, but otherwise this Agreement shall not be for the benefit of any third parties.

Binding Effect. Subject to the terms of the Plan, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company and its assigns, and Participant, his/her heirs and personal representatives.

Binding Effect. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding upon the Company and the Executive and their respective heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors and permitted assigns.

Binding Effect; Benefits; Assignment. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns, heirs and legal representatives. This Agreement shall not be assignable by the Employee.
