Binding. This Agreement shall be binding on the parties hereto, and their respective heirs, representatives, successors and assigns; and shall inure to the benefit of Borrower and of Lender and Lender’s successors and assigns.

Binding Effect; Assignment. This Agreement shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the successors, executors, heirs, representatives, administrators and permitted assigns of the Parties hereto. The Borrower shall not be permitted to assign its rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the Lender.

Section # Binding Effect, Assignment and Entire Agreement. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and shall be binding upon, the respective successors and permitted assigns of the parties hereto. Borrower has no right to assign any of its rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Lender. Lender may freely assign the Loan, in whole or in part. This Agreement and the documents executed and delivered pursuant hereto, constitute the entire agreement between the parties, and may be amended only by a writing signed on behalf of each party.

This Agreement shall bind and inure to the benefit of the Borrower and the Lender and their respective successors and assigns. The Borrower and the Lender may not assign its rights or obligations hereunder without prior written consent of the other party.
