Subject to the restrictions on assignment herein contained, this Agreement shall ensure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors, legal representatives and assigns.

Except as herein otherwise expressly provided, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their successors, legal representatives and assigns.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns.

ASSIGNMENT. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors, permitted assigns and legal representatives. Neither this Agreement, nor any right hereunder, may be assigned by either party (in whole or in part) without the prior written consent of the other party hereto.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties hereto and their respective estates, heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns.

This Agreement is binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of, the parties hereto and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns.

Assignment. This Agreement shall be binding on and shall inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors, heirs, and permitted assigns.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties to this Agreement and their respective successors and assigns.

This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, be binding upon and enforceable against, the parties hereto and their respective successors, heirs, beneficiaries, and permitted assigns.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their respective heirs, administrators, executors, personal representatives, successors and assigns.
