BIN Identifiers Unless otherwise requested by Company, Bank shall ​. As of the Program Launch Date, Bank shall originate new Accounts and issue corresponding Program Cards using the BIN Identifiers. Bank and Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to enable the BIN Identifiers to be used in the Company Systems to distinguish a Program Card automatically. ​. Bank shall also promptly provide Company (or the Network as directed by Company) with any BIN Identifier update forms for any changes to BIN Identifier ranges.

Disposition of BIN Identifiers Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, if DIC exercises the DIC Purchase Option, and subject to any covenants or obligations contained in the Network Rules applicable to Bank, Bank shall take all steps reasonably necessary to transfer to the Designated Purchaser the BIN Identifier and assign its rights thereto

For the part of funds used in the “Core Mathematics and Practical Research” special fund, the management committee of the “Core Mathematics and Practical Research” special fund is entitled to manage and use. The committee consists of Professor Xiong Bin, the representative(s) of Donor and the “Core Mathematics and Practical Research” special fund, and Professor Xiong Bin acts as the chairman. The committee is responsible to formulate the administrative regulations and financial management rules of the “Core Mathematics and Practical Research” special fund. Professor Xiong Bin, as the finance manager, takes charge of the financial management of the special fund.

“Social Media Identifiers” means all social media accounts, corporate identifiers, website addresses, pages, profiles, handles, feeds, registrations, and presences, together with all content and data thereof and all account information, user names and passwords necessary to access, transfer, use and update any of the foregoing;

Forge or falsify headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the System;

The Seller shall allow the Target Group to use marks such as trademarks, brands and logos held or managed, solely or jointly, by the companies that belong to the Seller Group as of the Closing Date, pursuant to the terms and conditions as set forth in [Exhibit 5.7]. For the avoidance of doubt, the Target Group may continue to use the product code identifiers such as ORD or OR-[x] without the limitation of time and the Seller shall not object thereto as such product code identifiers belong to the Target Group.

“Trademarks” shall mean, collectively, all of each Grantor’s trademarks, service marks, trade names, corporate and company names, business names, logos, trade dress, trade styles, other source of business identifiers, designs, Domain Names (to the extent such Domain Name constitutes a trade name, corporate or company name, business name, logo, trade dress, trade style, other source of business identifier or design), and General Intangibles of a similar nature under the Laws of the United States, all recordings and registrations thereof and applications therefor, all renewals and extensions thereof, all rights corresponding thereto, and all goodwill associated therewith or symbolized thereby.

For the purpose of enabling Administrative Agent to exercise the rights and remedies hereunder, each Borrower and Obligor hereby grants to Administrative Agent, to the extent assignable, an irrevocable, non-exclusive license (exercisable at any time an Event of Default shall exist or have occurred and for so long as the same is continuing) without payment of royalty or other compensation to any Borrower or Obligor, to use, assign, license or sublicense any of the trademarks, service-marks, trade names, business names, trade styles, designs, logos and other source of business identifiers and other Intellectual Property and general intangibles now owned or hereafter acquired by any Borrower or Obligor, wherever the same maybe located, including in such license reasonable access to all media in which any of the licensed items may be recorded or stored and to all computer programs used for the compilation or printout thereof.
