Liens on goods the purchase price of which is financed by a documentary letter of credit issued for the account of Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries or Liens on bills of lading, drafts or other documents of title arising by operation of law or pursuant to the standard terms of agreements relating to letters of credit, bank guarantees and other similar instruments, provided that such Lien secures only the obligations of Holdings or such subsidiaries in respect of such letter of credit to the extent such obligations are permitted by [Section 6.01];

Liens on goods or inventory the purchasepurchase, shipment or storage price of which is financed by a documentary letter of credit or bankers’ acceptance issued or created for the account of Holdingsthe Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or Liens on bills of lading, drafts or other documents of title arising by operation of law or pursuant to the standard terms of agreements relating to letters of credit, bank guarantees and other similar instruments,Restricted Subsidiary; provided that such Lien secures only the obligations of Holdingsthe Borrower or such subsidiariesRestricted Subsidiary in respect of such letter of credit to the extent such obligations are permitted by [Section 6.01];credit;

Liens on goods the purchase pricesecuring commercial letters of which is financed by a documentary lettercredit (other than any such letters of credit issued forpursuant to the accountBank Credit Agreement); provided that no such Lien shall extend to or cover any assets of Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries or Liens onother than the inventory (and bills of lading, drafts orlading and other documents of title arisingrelated thereto) being financed by operation of law or pursuant to the standard terms of agreements relating toany such commercial letters of credit, bank guarantees and other similar instruments, provided that such Lien secures only the obligations of Holdings or such subsidiaries in respect of such letter of credit to the extent such obligations are permitted by [Section 6.01];credit.
