“Assignment and Assumption” means an Assignment and Assumption substantially in the form of [Exhibit F] or such other form as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent.

“Assignment and Assumption” means an assignment and assumption entered into by a Lender and an Eligible Assignee (with the consent of any Person whose consent is required by [Section 10.04]), and accepted by the Administrative Agent, substantially in the form of [Exhibit A] or such other form (including electronic records generated by the use of an electronic platform) as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent.

“Assignment and Assumption” means an assignment and assumption entered into by a Lender and an assignee (with the consent of each party whose consent is required by [Section 12.04]), and accepted by the Administrative Agent, in the form of [Exhibit A] or any other form approved by the Administrative Agent and the Company.

“Assignment and Acceptance” shall mean an assignment and acceptance substantially in the form of [Exhibit G] hereto, or such other form as may be approved by the Administrative Agent.

“Assignment and Assumption” means an assignment and assumption agreement entered into by a Lender and an assignee (with the consent of any party whose consent is required by [Section 8.04]), and accepted by the Administrative Agent, in substantially the form of [Exhibit A] or any other form approved by the Administrative Agent.

“Assignment and Assumption” means an assignment and assumption entered into by a Lender and an Eligible Assignee (with the consent of any party whose consent is required by [Section 10.06(b)]), and accepted by the Administrative Agent, in substantially the form of [Exhibit E] or any other form approved by the Administrative Agent.

“Assignment and Assumption” means an assignment and assumption entered into by a Lender and an Eligible Assignee (with the consent of any party whose consent is required by [Section 10.05(b)]), and accepted by the Administrative Agent, in substantially the form of Exhibit E or any other form (including electronic documentation generated by use of an electronic platform) approved by the Administrative Agent.

“Assignment and Assumption” means an Assignment and Assumption entered into by a Lender and an assignee (with the consent of any party whose consent is required by [Section 9.04]), and accepted by the Administrative Agent, in the form of Exhibit A or any other form approved by the Administrative Agent.

“Assignment and Assumption” means an assignment and assumption entered into by a Lender and an Eligible Assignee (with the consent of any party whose consent is required by [Section 13.02(b)]), and accepted by the Administrative Agent, in substantially the form of [Exhibit G] or any other form approved by the Administrative Agent.

“Assignment and Assumption” means an assignment and assumption entered into by a Lender and an assignee (with the consent of any party whose consent is required by Section 10.06(b), and accepted by the Administrative Agent, in substantially the form of Exhibit E or any other form (including electronic documentation generated by MarkitClear or other electronic platform) approved by the Administrative Agent and the Company.

“Assignment and Assumption” means an assignment and assumption entered into by a Lender and an Eligible Assignee (with the consent of any party whose consent is required by [Section 9.07]), and accepted by the Administrative Agent, in substantially the form of [Exhibit L] or any other form approved by the Administrative Agent.
