SERVICE OF PROCESS. EACH PARTY HERETO IRREVOCABLY CONSENTS TO SERVICE OF PROCESS IN THE MANNER PROVIDED FOR NOTICES IN SECTION 11.02. NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT WILL AFFECT THE RIGHT OF ANY PARTY HERETO TO SERVE PROCESS IN ANY OTHER MANNER PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Service of Process. The Plan Administrator shall be the designated recipient of the services of process with respect to legal actions regarding the Plan.

“Eurocurrency Bid Rate Loan” means a Competitive Bid Loan which bears interest at a Eurocurrency Bid Rate.

“Benchmark Bid Rate Advance” means a Competitive Bid Advance which bears interest at a Benchmark Bid Rate.

Agent for Service of Process. The Administrative Agent shall have received a letter in all respects satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, pursuant to which a Person satisfactory to the Administrative Agent shall have agreed to act as the agent for service of process for each Borrower that is organized under the laws of a jurisdiction other than the United States of America or any state, commonwealth or other political subdivision thereof.

Support of Strategic Review Process. You must assist, support and fully cooperate with Weyerhaeuser in all matters relating to the strategic review process for the Cellulose Fibers business. You must perform all tasks requested of you by your manager (or such other officers as may request your participation with respect to the strategic review process) to bring about the closing of any Transaction.
