Target Award. Each Award opportunity will specify a targeted incentive opportunity (the "Target Award") expressed either as a dollar amount or as a percentage of a Participant's regular annualized base salary.
“Target Award” means the amount that a Participant may earn under an Award if targeted performance levels are achieved (including corporate and individual performance). Target Awards may be denominated as a percentage of base salary or a dollar amount.
