Promise to Pay. Borrower hereby unconditionally promises to pay each Lender, the outstanding principal amount of all Term Loans advanced to Borrower by such Lender and accrued and unpaid interest thereon and any other amounts due hereunder as and when due in accordance with this Agreement.

Promise to Pay. Borrower hereby unconditionally promises to pay to each Lender in accordance with its respective Pro Rata Share, the outstanding principal amount of all Credit Extensions advanced to Borrower by each Lender and accrued and unpaid interest thereon and any other amounts due hereunder as and when due in accordance with this Agreement.

The Borrower hereby unconditionally promises to pay to Lender the then unpaid principal amount of the Loans of Lender, and all interest due thereon, and otherwise satisfy all other Obligations, in each case, on the Maturity Date.

Promise to Pay. Borrower hereby unconditionally promises to pay Bank the outstanding principal amount of all Credit Extensions and accrued and unpaid interest thereon as and when due in accordance with this Agreement.

The Loan shall be due and payable, and Borrower hereby promises to pay the outstanding principal amount of the Loan to Lender, together with all accrued interest thereon then remaining unpaid and all other unpaid amounts, charges, fees and expenses outstanding under this Note or under any of the other Loan Documents, on the Maturity Date.

Section # Repayment. The Borrower hereby unconditionally promises to pay to each Lender the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Loans of such Lender on the Maturity Date.
